David and Chris are both fab and their hospitality and charm made my stay in an already lovely guest house, that extra bit better! They go the extra mile to ensure your stay is delightful, and as I was doing a race in Snowdonia they made sure I was ok after, and to ask me about it! The guest house is in an ideal location for transport, food/pubs and outdoor shops and of course a gateway to hill and forest walking. Thanks again, I will definitely be back!- Felicity J
This was my second stay at Mairlys and it was every bit as good as the first. David and Chris are superlative hosts, very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I was in room 2 this time and the view across to the forest from the balcony was stunning - a lovely spot to start and end the day. The whole house was spotless and beautifully presented.Breakfast each day was delicious, and certainly enough to set one up for the day ahead. I love Betws-y-Coed and will certainly stay with David and Chris the next time I come. Thanks. - B
