At Hawkshead we’ve known for a long time that our customers are our friends. We’re fairly laid back and easy going, in short we take everything in our stride.

At Hawkshead we like to think you can get away from it all and take a small slice of country life with you wherever you go, in outdoor and country clothing that's as at home in the garden as it is in the Snowdonia National Park.

You'll find us equally passionate about comfort and quality too. Simply put, our clothes don't make it past the drawing board if they don't feel every bit as good as they look, even after the umpteenth wash, or - in the case of our great value footwear - in the wake of a few intrepid outdoor adventures.

We've always valued our customers' opinions - after all, they've helped to make us what we are today - and we believe we're never too old to listen and learn. In return, we work hard to continue to offer great products at great prices, with honesty and good humour, however you choose to buy.

Inside the store

Our store in Betws-y-coed is set in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park and has one of the most stunning back drops in the country-Swallow Falls. Once inside you are sure of a warm welcome and a friendly smile, one that you will see time after time, every visit.

Our local team all have a wealth of knowledge and will give you fantastic advice into any of the product in store and as they all live in the local area can share some some real secrets into the places to see and the activities to do.
